- Managing the schedule for various inspections and diagnostics
- Be familiar with the particularities of managing a team of maintenance agents and technicians (delegation and reporting)

- Reminder of the MH regulations and the role of each player in upkeep and maintenance
GETTING TO KNOW THE BUILDING
- Knowledge of the primary and secondary water and electricity networks, and the flow and arrival of fluids
- Diagnosis of elements to be prioritised
- Identify cut-off valves and general electrical cut-offs
- Collect documents: plans, DOE, DIUO equipment maintenance records, safety commission minutes, etc.
