  • Programming (definition of needs and objectives, analysis of the state of health and prioritisation)
  • Preliminary work for the project management team (feasibility studies, all necessary diagnostics)
  • Choice of project manager and other engineering bodies
  • Recruitment of service providers and award of contracts under the MOP law
  • Role and definition of the CSPS (health, safety and security coordination), inspection office and SSI (fire safety system) coordinator tasks
  • Pre-works risk analysis

FROM PROJECT DEFINITION TO LOT AWARD

  • From the APS (preliminary design studies) to the DCE (tender documents) - Definition of deliverables and compilation of essential elements for the tender - Pre-works diagnostics
  • Taking account of the various prior authorisations (application for authorisation to work on a historic monument, planning permission / DRAC, DREAL, ABF, etc.) and the system of exemptions
  • Consultation with contractors

THE WORKSITE AND ITS HANDOVER
