  • What environments does my site fit into? Mapping the area around the heritage site: criteria grid of strengths, weaknesses, potential and opportunities
  • Understanding the strengths and weaknesses of the monument and the economic balance that needs to be struck: state of repair, history and period of the site, current resources and means in relation to ambitions...

WHAT USES AND ACTIVITIES FOR MY HISTORIC MONUMENT?

  • Understanding the diversity of opportunities around a heritage site:
    • Use of a historic monument for public services
    • Delegation of space for services, shops, etc.
    • Creation of third-party premises
    • Reminder of some procedures
    • Property policy and historic monuments
  • Focus on the tourist and cultural destination: conditions and main tourist and disability labels

THE VARIOUS PLAYERS AND PARTNERS INVOLVED IN THE PROJECT

  • Local roots and relations: communicating and promoting the project to elected representatives, local players, residents and users, etc.
