This activity represents real added value, but also a significant workload. Historic monuments are often highly sought-after, but beware: they are not always suited to all requirements. Long-term rentals, on the other hand, enable us to offer the public a range of services to complement the visit and extend the visitor experience.

LONG-TERM RENTALS - SETTING UP A SERVICE OFFER

  • All the questions to ask yourself before embarking on long-term rental
  • Defining the monument's needs, taking into account the type of public and the services available in the area
  • Types of service to be set up: catering services within the monument (restaurant, tearoom, food-truck, drinks dispenser, etc.), leisure activities (cycle tours, boats, horse-drawn carriages, miniature trains, etc.), eco-responsible services (wine cellar, cheese cellar, bee-keeper, etc.), etc.
  • Definition of the legal and economic model (invitation to tender, sourcing, fees, etc.)
  • Commercial and administrative follow-up, on-site monitoring of the implementation of the concession offer
  • Promoting and integrating this offer into the heritage site's overall offering
  • Setting up a virtuous system between the concessionaire and the monument
